RETURNS + EXCHANGES
At Complex Flavors Home + Life, as our products are custom and print-on-demand, refunds for orders meeting this requirement are only issued under specific eligibility criteria. This policy supports the sustainability and quality of our bespoke designs while prioritizing customer satisfaction. By placing an order with Complex Flavors Home + Life, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Returns and Exchanges Policy.
NON-ELIGIBLE REFUND SITUATIONS
No Refunds for Product Overages: Refunds cannot be issued for surplus rolls due to ordering miscalculations. We recommend consulting with our team for accurate measurements prior to purchase.
Partial Rolls or Opened Rolls: Opened or partially used rolls are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Requests Beyond 30 Days: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Custom or Personalized Wallpaper Orders: Unless there is a manufacturing defect, refunds are not available for custom or personalized orders.
Unauthorized Returns: Any product returned without prior approval or outside the specified return window will not qualify for a refund
ELIGIBLE REFUND SITUATIONS
Misprints in Color or Alignment: If there is a manufacturing defect in the pattern, such as misaligned prints or color inconsistencies, we will issue a refund for the defective rolls.
Damage During Shipping: If the product arrives damaged during shipping, customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Proof of damage (e.g., photos of the damaged package and product) must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect Item Sent: If the customer receives the wrong product or pattern due to an error on our part, we will issue a refund or send the correct item at no additional cost. The incorrect item must be returned in its unopened and original condition.
Quality Issues Beyond Misprints: In rare cases, if there is a noticeable defect in material quality (e.g., peeling, fading, or tearing during proper application), we will consider refunding affected rolls after a review.
Delays in Delivery: If the order is delayed significantly (e.g., by 30+ days) due to issues on our end and the customer no longer needs the product, a refund may be granted for unopened rolls.
REFUND POLICY FOR ORDERS BEFORE OR DURING PRODUCTION
If an order is cancelled before or during production, a full refund will be issued. However, please note the following regarding our 3-roll minimum policy:
Orders cannot be modified to fewer than 3 rolls once placed. If you decide that fewer rolls are needed, the entire order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed accordingly.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or meet the other refundable situations. To request an exchange, email us at inspire@complexflavors.com. and send the item to:

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery; contact the carrier to file a claim. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from any refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip included with your order. If the packing slip or receipt is unavailable, contact us at inspire@complexflavors.com. for assistance. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, including applicable tax refunds. Proof of purchase must include at least one of the following:

CREDIT + REFUND PROCEDURE
Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to be processed and appear in your account, though it may take up to a month in some cases. You will receive an initial email confirmation once we initiate the refund.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or shipping disruptions, may extend refund or delivery timelines. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
This policy operates in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If any provision conflicts with these laws, we will adhere to the legal guidelines in the relevant jurisdiction.
