SHIPPING RATES/HANDLING + DELIVERY OPTIONS
At Complex Flavors, our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly and economically as possible. We review each order individually, taking into account the destination, weight, and size of the items. During checkout, shipping charges and delivery methods may be upgraded if consolidating items in your order offers better rates and times. The exact shipping cost for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, transportation, and distance from the shipping location.
Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to certain items due to their size or bulkiness.
SHIPPING TERMS
Responsibility for Shipments: Complex Flavors is not responsible for lost, misplaced, delayed shipments, or damaged freight once they have been dispatched by the carriers.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Complex Flavors cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address provided. The customer is fully responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Delivery Errors: Complex Flavors is not liable for delivery errors made by the carrier or for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
Once we receive your payment, we will promptly prepare and dispatch your parcel. Upon handing your parcel to the delivery service, you will receive a tracking number via email from Complex Flavors.
Return Due to Non-Delivery: If a customer’s order is returned to us due to reasons such as non-claiming of the package or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee to receive their item. Otherwise, a refund will be issued for the cost of the items only.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Domestic (US) Delivery: Standard Delivery orders from within the United States are shipped via UPS Ground and typically take between 1 - 2 weeks to deliver. UPS Mail Innovations can be tracked on the UPS website.
The estimated production time for Standard Delivery orders is also published on the product page in the Marketplace.
NON SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
The following American National Holidays will be recognized company-wide. Some standard and all expedited shipments will not be processed on these dates:
January 2: New Year’s Day (observed)
January 16: Martin Luther King Jr. Day
February 3: Founders Day
February 20: President's Day
May 29: Memorial Day
June 19: Juneteenth
July 4: Independence Day
September 4: Labor Day
November: Thanksgiving and the day after (the last Thursday and Friday of the month)
December 24, 25: Christmas
January 1, 2024: New Year’s Day
