At Complex Flavors Home + Life, every product is custom-made in-house with careful attention to detail. We are not a drop-ship company — each order is produced and fulfilled directly through our team to ensure the quality your project deserves.

• Total Production Time: Orders typically require 3-4 weeks from placement to delivery. This timeframe accounts for the swatch approval process and the time needed for production.

• Commitment to Quality: Our focus is always on maintaining the highest quality standards, even if it extends the timeline slightly.

ORDER FLEXIBILITY

Wallpaper rolls can be purchased in any quantity. Swatches may be ordered separately. If an order needs to be changed or canceled, customers have 7 days to respond to our confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once approved.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for submitting new or adjusted orders through approved payment methods on our website. Our team cannot place additional orders on behalf of customers.
