As a small business, we manage all production in-house, meaning we are not a drop-ship company. Every order is produced and fulfilled directly through our team, ensuring the care and attention your projects deserve.

  • Total Production Time: Orders typically require 4–6 weeks from placement to delivery. This timeframe accounts for the swatch approval process and the time needed for production.

  • Custom Craftsmanship: As a small business, we do not utilize dropshipping. Instead, each product is meticulously made to order, ensuring that every roll is crafted with exceptional care and precision.

  • Commitment to Quality: Our focus is always on maintaining the highest quality standards, even if it extends the timeline slightly.

3-ROLL MINIMUM POLICY

To maintain operational efficiency and manage rising costs, we have implemented a policy requiring a minimum order of three rolls for all wallpaper purchases of the same design, color, and pattern. This policy offsets the expenses associated with setup, printing, and shipping, ensuring that we can continue to deliver the exceptional quality and craftsmanship that define our brand.

POLICY DETAILS

  1. Minimum Order Requirement:
    Orders must include at least three rolls of the same design, color, and pattern to meet the minimum requirement. Mix-and-matching different designs, colors, or patterns to meet the three-roll minimum is not permitted. Orders that do not comply with this requirement will not be processed. This policy does not apply to swatch orders, which can still be placed and fulfilled independently.

  2. Communication Regarding Non-Compliant Orders:
    If an order does not meet the 3-roll minimum requirement, an email will be promptly sent to the customer, explaining the policy and providing an option to add additional rolls to meet the requirement. Customers must place the order for additional rolls themselves through the approved payment options.

  3. Refund Process:
    If a customer places an order that does not meet the 3-roll minimum requirement, we will send an email asking them to adhere to the policy and provide an option to add additional rolls. Customers will have seven (7) days to respond to this email. If we do not receive a response within this time frame, we will proceed with canceling the order and issuing a refund. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

  4. Customer Responsibility:
    We are not liable for placing additional roll orders on behalf of customers. Customers are required to independently submit orders for additional rolls using the approved
    payment methods outlined on our website.

Please note that our 3-roll minimum wallpaper policy ensures we notify you if your order does not meet this requirement. You will have 5 business days to respond, letting us know whether you’d like to purchase two additional rolls of the same pattern. If we do not hear back from you within that time frame, we will proceed to issue a refund, which should appear in your account within 3–5 business days.
