As a small business, we manage all production in-house, meaning we are not a drop-ship company. Every order is produced and fulfilled directly through our team, ensuring the care and attention your projects deserve.
Total Production Time: Orders typically take 4–6 weeks from the time the PO is placed to delivery. This timeline includes the time required for swatch approval and the production process.
Custom Craftsmanship: As a small business, we do not utilize dropshipping. Instead, each product is meticulously made to order, ensuring that every roll is crafted with exceptional care and precision.
Commitment to Quality: Our focus is always on maintaining the highest quality standards, even if it extends the timeline slightly.
3-Roll Minimum Policy
To maintain efficiency and manage costs, we have implemented a 3-roll minimum policy for all wallpaper orders. This policy helps offset the expenses associated with setup, printing, and shipping, ensuring we can continue delivering the exceptional quality you expect.
Orders that do not meet the 3-roll minimum requirement will not be processed.
This policy does not apply to swatch orders, which can still be placed and fulfilled independently.
