At Complex Flavors, we are committed to delivering high-quality, original designs that reflect creativity, cultural integrity, and professional standards. To ensure all custom wallpaper requests align with our values and legal obligations, we ask that all clients carefully review and agree to the following customization guidelines:

1. Original Content Only:
   All custom designs must be based on original artwork or content provided by the client or developed in collaboration with our design team. We do not accept requests that involve replicating or modifying copyrighted works, trademarked logos, or designs owned by other brands or artists.

2. No Infringing Material:
   Clients may not submit any content that violates intellectual property laws, including copyrighted images, licensed characters, brand logos, or proprietary graphics, unless they are the legal owner or have written permission to use them.

3. No Offensive or Harmful Content:
   We will not accept custom requests that contain hate speech, discriminatory language, graphic violence, sexually explicit content, or any material that promotes harm, harassment, or misinformation.

4. Legal & Ethical Responsibility:
   By submitting custom artwork or design ideas, the client affirms that they have the legal rights to use and reproduce any content provided and accept full responsibility for any legal claims or liabilities resulting from unauthorized usage.

5. Right to Refuse Custom Work:
   Complex Flavors reserves the right to decline any customization request that conflicts with our brand values, mission, or legal standards.
